Who we are

This website belongs to Shiatsu Studio of Well Guided Pty Ltd (ABN 88 149 620 931). Shiatsu Studio follows the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Client personal and health information is stored securely in password-protected digital systems. Apart from contact-form messages (see below), Shiatsu Studio does not knowingly store or release personal information on computer servers outside Australia.

What we collect

We may collect and store the following types of personal and health information:

• Personal details: full name, contact information (email address, phone number, physical address).
• Communication records: booking updates and communication history between you and Shiatsu Studio (including emails and text messages).
• Digital interactions: website or social media interactions if you contact us or engage through those channels.

This website has no accounts, analytics or tracking cookies.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address or phone number, a preferred contact time and your message. We use these only to reply to you, and we don't use them for marketing. The website doesn't store them: the form sends them by email to Renée using Resend, an email delivery service based in the United States, and they are kept in Renée's email account (Google Gmail). Please don't include detailed health information in the form; Renée will discuss that with you privately.

Third-party services

Shiatsu Studio links to external booking platforms and third-party services, including online booking systems, payment processors and social media platforms. These providers may collect, store or process information as necessary to deliver their services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies, including Breathe Massage & Movement's privacy policy, to understand how your information is handled.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or practice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
